Who this is not for

What you’ll work on

• Long form talking head videos in tech, software and business.
• Story driven: pacing, structure, what stays, what gets cut, where the impact lands.
• Confident with motion graphics and sound design, used where they make the story hit harder.

Our benchmark

This is the bare minimum we hold ourselves to, and we’re always aiming higher.

How we work

• A fixed timeline with set review points, so you always know what’s due and when.
• A written style guide for every client, so you’re never guessing.
• No one works alone here. When you’re stuck, someone senior helps you through it and helps you grow as an editor.

What you need

• Strong storytelling and pacing in talking head content.
• Your own PC or laptop that runs Premiere Pro and After Effects smoothly.
• A fast, stable internet connection, ideally Wi-Fi.

How we pay

• Most editors start as an Assistant Editor, paid per project while you learn alongside a senior editor.
• Senior and Lead level: ₹35K–45K per month, base pay plus bonuses.
• No fixed timeline. Strong editors can start at Senior or reach Lead fast.

How we hire

No free test edit. We look at what you’ve already made, and the one project we ask for is paid.

   Interview

   A short, fun chat to get to know you. We’ll dig into your editing choices, and talk about what you care about and where you’re headed.

   First paid project

   The most important step. You edit one video with us in 7 days, as part of the team, so we see how you work and you see how we work.

   The Final Call

   We decide if we’ll work together. If yes, your skills decide where you start: freelance or full time.
